Liv grew up in New York spending her time between NYC and Long Island. In 2015 she graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in Journalism and Visual Communications. Upon graduating she moved to Montezuma, Costa Rica for 6 months to receive her yoga teacher training. Following this she then moved across the country to California for 6 years where she split her time between Encinitas and Santa Cruz.
In 2020 Liv obtained her Masters degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Keiser University as well as certifications as a Surgical Scrub Technician and Paramedical Tattooer. In 2024 she received her pyro pilates training.
Liv currently resides in Saint Augustine, FL. As well as Sun Stoned, she works as a travel Vascular Specialist and teaches yoga at Hennesy Fitness. She lives on Vilano Beach with her boyfriend and two cats.
