What materials are used?

All metals used in or on jewelry are identified by category. Any silver or gold plated metals are hypoallergenic, nickel, and lead free. All flora and fauna are sourced sustainably with no harm either by myself or from no harm vendors in Florida, Hawaii, California, North Carolina, New York, Indonesia, or the Caribbean. The resin used is jewelers grade two part resin.

What’s the shipping policy?

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail 7-21 business days after payment is processed. I also work in healthcare full time, so getting orders out within a few days is not always possible.

My product does not look exactly like the one in the picture. What’s up with that?

Every piece is unique to itself and is made to order. Since so many natural materials are used color, variety, shape, etc. cannot be guaranteed. Although, I try my absolute best to keep consistency and to match each pair of flowers as close as possible. Go nature!

I lost one of my earrings. Can you send me a replacement?

No, but you can buy one. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen jewelry.

Can I get a modification or custom piece of jewelry or art?

Don’t hesitate to reach out with any modifications you may be looking for as well as custom projects.

What is the Sun Stoned return policy?

What is recommended for jewelry care?

All jewelry is made with the upmost care and quality, but you still need to be gentle! To care for jewelry avoid wearing while sleeping. Also avoid wearing while sweating, swimming, or showering if possible. To clean, use a soft cloth or a gemstone safe jewelry cleaner. Do not expose resin to prolonged direct sunlight.
